Ever need to just clear your mind, rid yourself of those excess worries and already done with thoughts? At times we find ourselves slowly sinking into the bog of our own head--loosing perspective and our presence of mind--and we need to snap out of it. Today is our day of snapping back into being mindful, instead of mindFULL.
Taking small risks and opportunities--soaking in the artwork while in line for your coffee, getting absorbed in a child's imagination, saying hi to the passing stranger, singing along to the radio. Whatever you find yourself doing or having to do today, try fully engaging in it, whatever you're surrounded by--and just see if you don't find yourself falling asleep a little more satisfied and with a little more clarity of mind hitting the pillow tonight.
